In Celebration Gifts

In Celebration gifts are a wonderful and meaningful way to celebrate someone who has made a difference in your life. In Celebration donations can also be given as a unique gift to honour one of life's important occasions.

In Celebration Gifts can be sent by mail by downloading our Celebration Donation form,  online through CanadaHelps.org or by calling (807) 626-5570, ext. 5573.

With every celebration gift of $20 or more, Hospice Northwest will send the person you are honouring a card with your special tribute message. Only your name and address will appear on the card. The amount of your gift will not be included. You will also receive a receipt for income tax purposes.
