Memorial Donations

Donations made in memory of a loved one are very special gifts and, as such, are deeply appreciated by Hospice Northwest Services. We acknowledge all Memorial Donations with a personalized letter to the family of the person you are remembering. A receipt is issued to you, the donor, for income tax purposes.

Memorial donations can be sent in by mail by downloading our our memorial donation form, online through CanadaHelps.org or by calling (807) 626-5570, ext. 5573.
